1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use Recovery Index.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Services
Fiat banking services are provided by our regulated banking partners. Digital asset custody is provided by Recovery Index under applicable licenses.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use the platform for illegal, sanctioned, or fraudulent activity. See our AML/KYC Policy for details.
5. Fees
Applicable fees are displayed at the time of a transaction and on the Pricing page.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.
